BAF and CAF Changes

February 1st sees the BAF changes to 15.00 w/m for East Coast and 30.00 w/m for West Coast LCL traffic.

Please contact Excel Ocean for FULL LOAD BAF/CAF's as they are altering from carrier to carrier.
